LIFETIME WARRANTY
MiniSplitters.com makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards. The Mini Splitter is warranted to be free from defects for the lifetime of the product. The warranty is transferable. If the Mini Splitter breaks or fails while splitting logs we will replace or send out the necessary parts to make it right. We will also gladly pay for shipping on all warranty items.
This warranty is voided in the event that The Mini Splitter is used for any other purpose for which it was designed. Warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities or to a lack of maintenance. MiniSplitters.com cannot accept responsibility or liability for repairs not made by qualified technicians.
In no event shall MiniSplitters.com be liable for incidental or consequential damages. The liability of MiniSplitters.com on any claim for loss or damage arising out of the sale, resale, or use of a jack or related service equipment shall in no event exceed the purchase price. Satisfaction Guaranteed or your Money Back
If you are not fully satisfied with your MiniSplitter for any reason all products can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Shipping charges and other misc. expenses, are not refundable. Credit or replacement will be issued within 30 days of the items return date provided item has not been misused or abused and is complete with all parts. Pack the return goods securely and include a copy of your original invoice. Postage must be prepaid to the destination of returned items. Any returned items must be shipped to:

No merchandise in your possession over 30 days will be accepted for return unless pre-approved by a MiniSplitters.com representative.
Altered merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund.
The initial shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount.
