RETURN GOODS POLICY
All products can be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges and other misc. expenses, are not refundable. Credit or replacement will be issued within 30 days of the items return date provided item has not been misused or abused and is complete with all parts and returned in original package. Pack the return goods securely in the original packaging and send prepaid to All American Log Splitters Inc., 12018 County Road JJ Manzanola, CO 81058, with copy of the original invoice for the merchandise. Return items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. No merchandise in your possession over 30 days will be accepted for return unless approved by a MiniSplitters.com representative. Altered merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund.

SHORTAGES
All errors and shortages must be reported to MiniSplitters.com within Ten (10) days after receipt of shipment. For your own protection, inspect shipments before signing the freight bill. If merchandise has been damaged in shipment, notify MiniSplitters.com at once so you do not lose your right to file a claim.
