Question:  How long does it take to split?
Answer:  Good wood will pop, crack or fly out of the Splitter in under 10-pumps. Bad wood can be splintery, wet, hard to pull apart and require more pumping. Dryer wood is better.

Question:  How often do I have to sharpen the wedge on the Mini Splitter?
Answer:  The wedge should never require sharpening because it never comes in contact with the platform slide. It slices through the wood and should remain sharp as long as it is not misused.

Question:  What is the difference between the Heavy Duty Mini Splitter and standard model?
Answer:  The Heavy Duty Mini Splitter has a more powerful jack, is taller, is built with thicker steel and a bigger hydraulic ram and will hold and split a larger log,
